Article 370 was one of the most discussed topics in the recent times. While filmmakers up north have been registering titles related to the scrapping of the article that gave Kashmir its special status, we hear that director Babu Ganesh is all set to make a film titled 370. However, this film is not related to the said article, but will revolve around incidents that justify the title, says Meghali, who’s playing the lead in it.
She says, “The movie, which will be shot in 48 hours, touches upon a topic that is relevant in today’s times. The shoot will happen in mid-December, in the outskirts of Chennai and Kodaikkanal. I play a Muslim girl in the film, which will be made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. I’ll also be singing in it. The movie is dedicated to our prime minister, Army officials and the police department.”
While Babu Ganesh is also handling the cinematography, music and lyrics departments, his son, Rishikanth, will be playing the protagonist. We hear Babu Ganesh will also be playing an important role in the film, which also stars AL Alagappan, Srinivasan and Besant Ravi among others. The team is currently busy with pre-production work and workshops to ensure a hassle-free shoot of two days.
